The hotel rooms were in good condition, with a large bathroom but had some issues like being charged for breakfast without explanation, feeling humid and not very comfortable, and being half-cleaned daily. The service was excellent, with very helpful and professional staff willing to assist with various needs. The location was perfect, close to Casa Port Station and with attentive care from the guest manager. The dining options were diverse and tasty, though a bit simple in warmth and quite expensive. Overall, a mixed experience combining great service and location with some room and dining issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its comfortable rooms offering a breathtaking view of the main mosque. The spacious bathroom, big comfy bed, and tasty welcome tray of Moroccan delights made the experience even more enjoyable.
